So this particular idea was bouncing around in my head head after seeing the season finale of Black Sails. It's a bit darker than I normally go, but it also fits the theme of the show dealing with an island full of pirates. I went over this idea in detail with my lovely husband, and since I don't have a lot of time to write these days, he was kind enough to take this fantasy and breathe a little life into by making it a flushed out story!
