I would have to say the 10th Doctor hands down! As to why, probably the energy and approach David Tennant used with expressions and portrayal of the character. All the renditions leave their mark on a fan I think, and honestly I've enjoyed them all for their own special nuances. I think the story arch had a lot to do with it to, as I did like the Doctor and Rose (I know I hear hisses coming from all those Rose haters out there!) I liked the way the two developed after Eccolsten's run, and I thought the fact that they had an alternate universe where Rose got her Doctor in human form was a lot of fun as well. And, I know this is a shallow point, but I thought David Tennant was hot, and I liked watching him bounce around the screen! LOL! XD

Oh man, I was kinky before I even knew about what sex even was! LOL! As for always been or evolving? I think in some ways both... I remember as far back as the age of four becoming stimulated by any kind of spanking scene from a cartoon or seeing characters I liked tied up or in some form of vulnerable state. Angst was a huge emotional tug, and somewhere along the line, those intense emotions became attached to my sex drive. I would become so aroused that I'd sneak in to my bedroom to 'relieve myself.' I'm pretty sure it evolved from loss of power as a child and being as willful as I am! I thought it odd that even as a child my fantasies focused on punishing adult men (usually in their 30's) and typically villains as I wanted to see someone I thought deserved a spanking getting one which justified my need as well as gave my OCD resolution for a good reason as my spanking kink has always been more centered around dcyrphillia and humbling through punishment than pain. (When I was younger, I was a lot darker and much more aggressive in my fantasies delving into more primal urges of 'take and claim' fantasies, and those had spanking in them but also a lot more that usually left me feeling guilty I was getting off to them! LOL! XD) The kink did evolve as I got older and met others with my kink (I'm looking at youficwriterjet! =D) and was able to really flush out what I wanted to see most in my fantasies which is a theme of redemption and forgiveness to fulfill that emotional angst and the head space that creates as well as rebuild a person that most thought unworthy of a second chance... I like the challenges! LOL! Hope I didn't go too off topic there! :P
