This week was kind of hellish... a lot of long hours to the point I was brain dead for the majority of the week. I didn't get to do much of what I wanted being out of class for 6 days (namely to catch up on my emails... which I'm still sorely behind on :/ Scott was nice enough to watch Lucian for us Friday night, so Jason and I could go play a Magic the Gathering tournament! (My first! I used to play way back in the day, and I still have my old deck. We had to spend some money to get new cards last week, so we could enter the tournament since you have to have play with in certain sets... it's a way to make money, but it also keeps cheeseballs from bringing in cards that are too powerful from previous sets, so I can understand why they do it. Out of 25 players, I came in 11th place :) Yay! We plan to play when we go to Dragoncon and are quite excited to play there like the big fat nerds we are LOL! :P

It's been forever since I had the gumption to draw anything... but being at the tournament gave me a bit of in between time to work on my True Blood art... one more episode to go! I was sad to see Steve go *pout* There is surprisingly no fanart for these two out there which is sad because they are fun characters if a bit douche bag LOL! ;)

I haven't forgotten about all my other promised art, I just did this one because I needed to draw SOMETHING, and portraits are pretty easy for me since the concept is already there, and all I need to do is draw it. So, without further ado,

I haven't been able to draw for anything in the world, so in my frustration, I drew a Turbo also unhappy LOL! Although I think he's more unhappy because Tamora put him in the corner *giggle* I wanted to see Turbo without his helmet, and this is what I imagine his hair to look like :P Macroecononics is kicking my ass! 0o

Oh man! This could have been better... I inked it, saved it, and posted it last night, and when I reopened, it saved it as a bitmap ...meaning that I no longer had a transparency *pout* I erased the white, but it makes the whole pic not look as clean. *sigh*

This was made for my co-worker and friend, Yolanda. who just had a baby! She asked me to do a pic with Sully right before she left to go on maternity leave. So, of course I had to include Boo in the mix since baby's are made of win ;)

Next post I'm hoping to post videos and pics of Lucian's birthday week and more! I've been pre-occupied with school and just being tired (hence no colored works lately.) But, classes end in a week and a half, and I'll have a week off to rest. I was convinced to buy the Yiynova MSP19U that I've been gushing over lately. OMG! Gah! I'm so excited to use this! *jumps up and down!* I've been mooning over this machine ever since I discovered it! I wasn't going to buy it yet, but Scott and Jason told me I should get it because I've wanted a Cintiq for the past 6 years :P Yay! I'm so excited to play with it! XD Okay, let me dump this art on you :P

Gods! This weekend couldn't have come soon enough! This week was supposed to be made of win and relaxation... spring break and all, but I caught a nasty stomach virus and have been sick since Wednesday morning... I'm still sick now. *pout* I've literally eaten 4 times in 3 days. It's been rough, but now it's FRIDAY! Yay! we made it! XD And the week hasn't been all bad. I finished my Human Resources class with an A! =D And I did a little Randall doodle at the beginning of the week and colored it as well as my pouty Turbo pic :P (which I will of course share below) Got caught up on Young Justice... Wally! :( No spoilers, for those that watch the series and have seen the last episode, you know what I'm talking about!
