I drew this for an art contest at work. The theme was moving forward. I'm pretty happy with how it came out! =D

I know I've been MIA lately... It's hard to believe I haven't posted since August! Life has been kind of crazy, and between work, school, every day life, and the holidays, I just haven't really been online much outside of doing homework for the cost accounting class that I am so glad to be finished with! I think it was the hardest class I've had (mostly because the teacher was such a tool) I had to teach myself the course, but I still managed to eek by an A thankfully! I'm just relieved it's over now, and I get a little break from all things school until the 3rd.

Good news I hadn't mentioned yet; the manager that was making my life hell was pushed to leave on a good note (over getting fired for incompetence and laziness), and I had been given my old position back. I had applied for the inventory control clerk position two weeks after that and was told in the middle of November that I got it! Things have been a lot better in my department as I train my replacement. I could have stayed, but honestly, I'm tired of the way they use me for what ever function they want and cut my hours to give them a better CPH (cartons per man hour) The inventory position guarantees 40 hours a week, it's a step in the further progression of my knowledge that will help me in my career, and it relieves me of being the department's door mat. I should be starting my new position sometime in the next couple weeks! :)

I'm excited to see their reaction this year for Christmas. They've wanted to watch the Elf on a Shelf movie practically everyday since 'Jack' (Lucian named his elf last Christmas) appeared about two weeks ago :P The past ten days he's diligently been marking off on the calendar how many days until Santa comes. Too dang adorable :)

I'm going to do my best to be better about getting online more often to keep up with my friends here. I hope everyone is doing well and that your holidays are made of win!

I know it's been forever since I've updated, and I'm sorry for that. I've been a bit down lately, and life has been crazy for me between school and work. Thankfully I just finished my last assignment for this class, and my next class doesn't start until this coming Sunday, so I get a few days of peace to do what I want to do. (Other than playing Elder Scrolls Online... ha ha yeah, I've been enjoying a bit of PS4 which has me REALLY behind on my emails *blush*)

As you guys know, I didn't get that position I'd wanted, but the girl that got it did deserve it, so I'm happy for her. She was the person who lefts backup, so completely understandable. Also, as a plus, the DC manager told me that I'd impressed him. He had said he was impressed before, but after speaking to me even more so (which made me feel really good especially since he told me he didn't tell everyone that.) I was fine enough continuing on as I was. And then, this...

So, I've been crazy busy with every day life that I haven't been online as often as usual, and thought folks were being unusually quiet lately until I got a notification that I'd been mentioned in a post, but I'd never gotten the notification through email! Instead LJ decided that it wished to instead switch to sending my notifications to my 'inbox' here (that I've never checked...) So, if I've missed anything important in the past couple months, please do point me to your posts. And I'm truly sorry! I'm not ignoring you guys I promise! oO

We are getting ready to pack up and roll out! Our vacation is officially here! Yay! *does a jig!* LOL! I'm so happy! First of all, hope everyone had a great holiday!

This Easter bunny saw war bringing you those precious eggs! I hope you're happy! LOL!




I will be posting a couple videos of the day with the kids having fun :) I have two videos of Nox, one of him taking his first steps, and another that's just him being a cutie patootie! ;)

This next week is going to be crazy for me. I've got a lot of work in my area to still catch up (having to cover other positions put me very far behind, and it didn't help that I had to take last Monday off to go to the dentist :/... but it'll all work out in the end) Inventory is coming the 17th, so it's always insane when we have these quarterly clean ups, but I'm dying to have it just to get everything back in order again!

Lucian's birthday is Tues, so I'm going to take him out to the movies to try and make his day special... we might take him to the park before that depending on when I get out of work. And then, Sat we are celebrating both boys birthday with a party. I picked up quite a few supplies already, but I still have to set up the pool (which is going to be a bitch!) once the ground tarp (to keep it safe from holes) comes in from Amazon.

Thankfully this new class only has 5 assignments due all through the online testing site. Data driven statistics! And then, I'm taking a semester off and we will be going on our cruise! Yay! =D There was a few hitches with the cruise we wanted (which ticked me off further with this time share place, but whatever. I'm just glad we didn't buy one. The cruise I had picked was a 7-day going to the Caribbean, and this one is a 5-day going to the Cayman isles, and even though it's fewer days, we wave both been to the Caribbean before and never the Cayman isles, and honestly, 5 days is long enough to be away from my babies without worrying to death from not being able to have contact! Oo I think we will purchase a little internet time just to Skype back and forth to make sure they are okay. :P

Now then, on to Nox cuteness!

So, I know it's been a long time since I posted! My last class did a number on me, but I'll chat on that in my next post I plan to make either tomorrow or Sunday. For now, the latest update in my spanking fanfic written with cat2000!

Well, here are the next three drabbles I've written for Walking Dead (Carol & Daryl), Gotham (Barbara & Oswald), and Batman comics (Harley & Ivy). I'm happy I'm writing although not sure if anyone is really interested much in them. I thought the fact that they were short and not spanking related may draw more readers, and don't get me wrong, I have gotten a couple reviews, but most are from the folks I wrote them for originally. The lack of comments has me questioning my writing ability which in turn has me feeling a bit depressed. Sorry. Not trying to be a downer or anything. I am still glad I'm writing as it still feels good to do so just not as enthusiastic about it tonight.
